It seems that the “iPhone mini” talk is getting more interesting every day. According to a new report via China Times, it seems that Apple will be unveiling a new device dubbed “iPhone Math”, which will contain a 4.8-inch display. The report also claims that we would see an iPhone 5S around the June timeframe, likely to be released at WWDC. However, there is also talk about another “unknown device” that should be coming around the Winter timeframe. Here’s the scoop from China Times, via iDB:

Apple will announce three new iPhone models in 2013, and two of them, the 4-inch iPhone 5S and 4.8-inch iPhone Math (both featuring 8-mega-pixel cameras), will hit markets before the end of June, China Times reported citing Taiwan-based Commercial Times.

Citing Apple’s suppliers, the report added that the third model, which has not been exposed, will be launched before Christmas. The model will feature a 12-mega-pixel camera.

Despite already having information about the iPhone 5S, and a economical iPhone, reports of a third model has not surfaced yet, so only time will tell what Apple really has in store for us. If you’d like to see all of the earlier reports of a cheaper iPhone, click here.

Many are skeptical that Apple will dub a device “iPhone Math”, and are even skeptical of a 4.8-inch display, however, those are matters of opinion, and I’m sure we’ll get some confirmation from somewhere soon. Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!
