We are a couple hours from kickoff and getting very close to an official release of the latest jailbreak called Evasi0n. The @Evad3rs jailbreak team is planning to offer a jailbreak for the current version from Apple, iOS 6.1, offering the first jailbreak for the iPad Mini and iPhone 5 Cydia. Many people, like myself, are already familiar with best Cydia tweaks for their jailbroken device…but of course there will be some first time jailbreakers.

If you were previously jailbroken on an older iPhone or iOS version, this is probably the Cydia App you are missing the most. F.Lux
My iPhone 5 has not been easy on the eyes like my previous iPhone 4S running the F.Lux tweak. Have you ever noticed the bright blue glow coming from an iPhone in the dark, well F.Lux will relieve this at sunset with much warmer colors.
Zephyr
This is one of my favorite tweaks from @chpwn bringing awesome multitasking gestures, swiping left to right allows you to switch apps without entering the app switcher. A swipe up from the bottom will open your multitasking bar, or swipe further to close the current app and return to the home screen. This tweak makes your home button unnecessary, and would be perfect for those with a broken home button.
