The evad3rs Dev Team has officially announced, via their Twitter account, “evasi0n“, which is the official untethered iOS 6 jailbreak which supports the iPad, iPod touch, and iPhone.
The team announces that they are finishing up the GUI, and are will soon be going into private beta testing. The evasi0n site also includes a little OS X-like loading bar, which shows the progress of the jailbreak. It’s very cool, especially for those who are interested in tracking the jailbreak’s process.
The site also notes that the jailbreak is “Compatible with all iPhone, iPod touch, iPad and iPad mini models running iOS 6.0 through 6.1″.
